"I like studying, especially the English language lessons. Next to that I like digging with my mother at home. My dream is to become a nurse so that I can help treat the sick."

- Eleonoras

My story

I was raised in a family with nine siblings. But now we remain the five of us because four already started working after finishing secondary school. We stay with our parents. My mother is a housewife but she also grows some crops like beans and maize to feed us at home. My father sells popcorn at the trading center. Both parents of ours try hard to see that we get to eat at home.

Why Eleonoras needs our help

Dorothy was brought to UP4S four years ago. Her family was identified as a family that was living under a very difficult financial situation. She was poorly clothed and the hygiene of the home was in a poor state. Dorothy was then brought to UP4S school to have access to better hygiene, food and to start her education in order to achieve her dream in future. She also needs support in clothing and other needs at school.
